Tips to Talent identification and developing.
Talents
Special inborn abilities and traits that can be valuable when transformed and developed into entrepreneurship activities or services
Identification process questioners-
Ø List all your strong traits that have naturally manifested in your life. ( Art, Music,)
Ø List areas that seems to interest you when you see them being done by others and access whether it is a talent manifesting or just an interest.
Ø List all strong areas that parents, people, institutions, trainers, teachers etc have commented positively about you.
Ø List all spiritual dreams and prophet words that relate to potential that you or others have said or seen about you.
Developing talents
1) Identify and access relevant education, school or information that would be useful to nature your talent
2) Identify a mentor ( Somebody who has succeeded in the same sector of talent)
3) Research the many ways in which the talents can be converted into promoting your name / image or money making venture. ( Write it down as a business plan)
4) Exhibit diligence, passion, integrity in developing your talent and give it time
5) Identify promoter who can give you image, networks, finances to enhance the talent (individual of company). They can open doors for tornourments, exhibitions, rallies, consultants,
6) Learn to invest in other areas as you earn from your talents
7) Make a legacy of memorial of your talent ( School, Foundation, etc)
8) Raise others talents and become a mentor & coach and consultants.
9) Involve God in the whole process of developing your talent.
10) Keep yourself involved and informed with activities and events that relate to your sector of operation.
