7)Taking advantage of climatic condition to sell or produce products or services.
8)Inherited opportunities that come from family businesses/ careers, charity, grace.
9)Taking advantages of government emphasis or opportunities or incentives on certain areas.
10)Taking advantage where existing career market opportunities are not saturated with personal.

EVALUATING A RELEVANT AND VIABLE CAREER
1)Select one/ones that do not need a lot of money to develop beyond guardians / Parents ability to handle.
2)Select one/ones that offers good returns.
3) Select one/ ones that has good scope of future growth
4)Select one/ones that have minimal risk where you can fit in both self-employment and job markets.
5)Select one/ones that are most relevant and compatible to goals, personality and interest of the owner. (Evaluate how such activity will affect your faith, family, social and other responsibilities jobs, businesses)
6)Select one/ones that do not go against the expectations of the society, local by- laws, society values and ethics, governmental and legal conditions.
7)Select one/ones that are most original and creative to be above immediate competition.

9)Select the ones that you can be able to handle its preparation in subject combination.

CATEGORISING PERSONALITIES AND OCCUPATION
Holland’s theory
Holland’s theory consists of several statements. These statements shall be discussed in this section.
In the American culture most people can be categorized into six personality types
These are:-

3 artistic
4 Social
5 Enterprising
6 Conventional
Let us discuss each of these types with its characteristics.
The realistic type
They prefer to work with tools to manipulate objects and are aversive to educational activities. These individual acquire manual, mechanical, and agricultural competences. These individual prefer to work in settings where they can employ their realistic competencies. At a place of work where they use realistic skills to solve problems. They value tangible things such as money, power, and status. Realistic people posses some of the personality characteristics listed below;

The investigative type
They prefer activities that entail systematic observation and investigation of physical, biological, and cultural phenomena in order to understand and control such phenomena (Holland, 1973). They dislike social and repetitive tasks. They prefer jobs where they can investigate and use their investigative competence. They perceive themselves as scholarly, mathematical, scientific, and possessing poor leadership characteristics. An investigative person is likely to show the following characteristics:
