Education is Key to excellence and efficiency undertaking ministerial challenges and in fulfilling our call. Professionals in all fields of medical, engineering and others take years and spend millions equipping themselves in Education institutions before handling their careers. Those who have been called in ministry should not take the ministerial calling lightly and just enter into their calling without preparation. Serving God is the highest calling and it mandates and warrants those called by God to Study to Show themselves approved by God workmen who do not need to be ashamed rightly dividing the word of truth. Our focus is to equip ministers wholistically who will be able to meet the challenges of todays ministerial challenges and stand the test of time in leadership and theological responsibilities. Our lecturers are people who have wealth of experience in practical ministry therefore deriving there lecturer content from practical foundation of what works and what does not work. Education culture is taking root in every society even in the rural areas in Kenya and those ministers who will not sacrifice and pay the price in time and resources will find themselves irrelevant and phased out in this season. All those who have attended our courses have witnessed great transformation in there lifes as individuals and in there ministries. We seek to respond to the call of Jesus to prepare MORE effective workers. “ The Harvest is Ripe and Plentious and workers are FEW” . The disciples of Jesus were prepared three years before being commissioned, Elisha had school of prophets, Learned Apostle Paul was used by God to reach Kings of the day which other Apostles could not reach effectively.
