Motivation,Mentorship& Honour
Through our intense ground work and research for many years that has helped us to interact with many ministers and church leaders. We discovered that there are very many wounded ministers and church leaders who have even quit ministry because of emotional hurts, mistakes, broken relationships with spiritual parents and also lack of basic needs while others are victims of disasters that led them to close ministries. Lack of appreciation and recognition of efforts done by various ministries and ministers also contributed to lose of motivation to continue steadfastly in ministry.
Through the motivation and Honour department we have launched many initiatives.
1)Internet counseling Services for believers and Church leaders
2)Refresher Courses to motivate leaders to continue. ( Through our 32 National refresher programs as per praise reports many Pastors and church leaders were restored in ministry and motivated to continue)
3)Personalized counseling services- We have traveled far to attend to personalized counseling needs of pastors and church leaders to heal the hearts of shepherds.
4)We honour and Award to encourage and motivate those who do exempt ional achievements for the Nation, Community and the Kingdom of God. We had a historic honour event where over 100 spiritual fathers and mothers were honored with a Mark of Excellence Award. Through Various institutions and Universities we have honored many with Honorary Doctorate Degrees.
With your support and Prayers we seek to do many more appreciation and honour events at regional levels and nationally annually.
